Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Leaked for Samsung Galaxy S II

Back in July when we heard about the Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S III we also learned that the Galaxy S II is on the manufacturer?s list for the refresh. While the current flagship is in the middle of the roll-out process (some got the firmware earlier while others, in the US, are still waiting for it), the Galaxy S II just recently saw its first Jelly Bean ROM being leaked.

This is an Android 4.1.2 ROM in a beta stage and, as such, those who decide to flash should put up with the bugs. However, it is proof that Samsung didn?t forget about the device and is working to bring Project Butter, Google Now and all the goodies to the 2011 flagship. You?ll have to follow the source link and read through a ton of feedback to learn about all the details in case you decide this is something you want to try out at your own risk.
